Raise money for Bay Hospitals Charity while enjoying a fun fitness session by joining the ‘Class-a-thon’ hosted by Lancaster’s 3-1-5 Health Club.

The health club, in Mannin Way, Lancaster, has organised four hours of back-to-back classes on Sunday March 20, with proceeds going to support University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust.

There’s something for everyone with a selection of activities to choose from.

If you’re a ‘go hard or go home’ kind of person, the Studio Class-a-thon is the thing for you with a mix of activities from Pump and Bootcamp to Zumba and aerobics.

The Mind&Body-a-thon includes a variety of sessions including Yoga, Pilates and Body Balance for those who prefer a more relaxing Sunday.

Children can also get involved, with instructors running a range of sports, dancing and circuits to keep them entertained all day.

3-1-5 Health Club General Manager Deena Gillan said: “We all know and love our local Bay hospitals, now is the time to show it!

“Every single penny will be donated to our charity of the year, Bay Hospitals Charity – so not only will you have a fab, fun day of fitness and wellbeing, you will be helping your local hospital too.”

The Class-a-thon runs from 10am to 2pm on Sunday March 20 and costs £20 per adult or £10 per child.
